Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Place cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low-medium and cook 8 minutes or until cranberries pop and the mixture is syrupy.
  • Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
  • Cool for 20-30 minutes.
  • Add the mixture to a food processor and process for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Serve.
