Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Garlic Pork

An elegant main course that is tender on the inside and caramelized on the outside is brown sugar and garlic pork. It is a dish of restaurant standard that is simple to prepare at home and is ideal for any event.

Roasted brown sugar garlic pork shoulder.

The kind of recipe I use when I want to offer something elegant is brown sugar garlic pork. The tender meat in this recipe is matched perfectly by the sugary and buttery sauce.
Despite the fact that I typically save this meal for a formal evening, it is not forbidden on regular days. Who am I to object when my friends and family occasionally desire the juicy meat?
The meat in this recipe actually falls off the bone, despite the fact that it takes longer to cook. Even better, you can eat it by itself or with a serving of mashed potatoes or white rice.

I have to admit that I often prepare this dish for Saturday night supper. If you attempt it, you’ll understand why I adore this meal and why it makes me look forward to the weekend.

What is the best pork cut to use?

For this recipe, try to use the shoulder or butt as it has a little bit of fat. When it is cooked, the fat melts making the meat ultra juicy and tender. Similarly, you can use pork chops or loin, but these are leaner cuts. These cuts are leaner but equality delicious!
