Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Place cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low-medium and cook 8 minutes or until cranberries pop and the mixture is syrupy.
- Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
- Cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Add the mixture to a food processor and process for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Serve.
