Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

The Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin is seared with a seasoning rub and then simmered for a very long time in a balsamic, garlicky glaze that has been slightly sweetened with molasses. It’s among the juiciest, tastiest methods to prepare this cut. A simple recipe that’s perfect for lazy days when you want a filling supper without putting in a lot of effort!

Easy slow cooker pork tenderloin recipe

I’ll never grow tired of crock pot pork tenderloin. First of all, it is simple. Only the meat needs to be seared additional. It is worthwhile! You want that mouthwatering seasoning rub to cover every square inch of this cut, I assure you.
The flavor is also amazing. The spice rub you use makes a fantastic crust that locks in all the ingredients. Then there is that balsamic glaze that has been flavored with sugar, herbs, garlic, and herbs.

The balsamic flavor penetrates the entire cut thanks to the slow cooking. As a result, the beef is incredibly tender, and the sweet-savory sauce is good enough to lick off the spoon. You’ll be surprised at how simple and tasty this recipe is if you give it a try. It will be a hit with the whole family, and leftovers taste even better the next day!

Recipe variations:

  • Other meats: Feel free to use other cuts of meat, like chops or loin. Also, you can make it with beef or even chicken breasts.
  • Herbs: Swap the herbs with your favorite ones. Some great alternatives would be adding some bay leaves, dried parsley, oregano, Cajun seasoning, etc.
  • Spicy: For a spicier taste, add some chopped jalapeno or red pepper flakes.
  • Oven-Baked: Although I prefer to cook it in the slow cooker, you can easily bake it as well. Follow the same recipe steps. Then, instead of slow cooking, pop it in the oven at 400 degrees F and back it for 20-25 minutes.
