Instant Pot Chicken Tacos

Tex-Mex-inspired Instant Pot Chicken Tacos are incredibly simple to prepare, tender, and juicy. The labor is all done for you by the Instant Pot!

Pressure cooker chicken tacos

The chicken tacos you create in the instant pot will make you forget about the previous dry, stringy chicken breasts you had. The meat gets a tremendous amount of moisture from the pressure cooker.

The breasts delightfully absorb all of those flavors as they cook. When shredding meat in the end, you scarcely exert any effort.

Have everyone prepare their own tacos to make it easier. Set out the toppings and shredded meat, then let them make their own!

It’s great for gatherings, potlucks, and entertaining weekday meals. Because you can prepare a lot of food at once and just dish it out, this is also great for dinner preparation.

Ingredients for Ip chicken tacos:

Because boneless chicken breast slices hold up nicely to pressure cooked, I like to use these. You can use packets for the seasoning, but I strongly advise creating your own taco seasoning since it’s so lot simpler and tastes so much better!

For serving, prepare some warm tortillas or taco shells. Top with shredded lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and cheese.
